What conditions make for the security personnel that security measures are effective and at the same time adequate to defined threats and their level of risk? Or as a training area to control the time and it does not forget important? A possible answer is through the application of access ?Security management system?. It is a tool for a comprehensive and integrated management of the entire field of corporate assets. This system is fully usable also for those interested in the protection of civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference. The basic advantages of this system are logical links between individual areas that make up a whole Deming's PDCA cycle. One of the elements of this system deals with the right expertise, training and knowledge ofgravity. Connectedness with other elements of the system can provide adequate, functional and sustainable training of security personnel.
