Marketing is a philosophy which must be contained in the base business and that leads the company changed to market opportunities for their own prosperity in terms of satisfaction - the benefit of all stakeholders, including key partners - employees. Most companies in the segment of small and medium-sized with the concept of internal marketing are not working at all. Management is primarily concentric marketing focused on customers and possibly other external partners. Article shows the use of marketingcommunication tools in the process of building a stable business.
