The article brings the overview of the case study was to explore the current situation of internal communication and suggest further steps to its improvement. The analysis of internal communication was carried out and it was based on the methodology of key issues of efficient internal communication. Qualitative research in form of interviews with top management of the company identified key factors influencing internal communication, their impact was verified by quantitative research in form of a questionnaire carried out in the employees. The main results show that employees consider internal communication to be important and agree that it influences their work performance, behaviour and morale. The company adopted further steps to its improvement
