Große Vaginalzyste imitiert Zystozele

In dieser Kasuistik beschreiben wir eine ausgedehnte zystische Vorwölbung der vorderen Scheidenwand, die sich auf den ersten Blick wie eine Zystozele präsentierte. Sorgfältige lokale Untersuchung und Ultraschall ergaben den Befund einer Scheidenzyste ohne Verbindung zum unteren Harntrakt. Die chirurgische Entfernung erfolgte ohne Probleme, histologisch zeigte sich in der Auskleidung der Zyste mehrschichtiges Plattenepithel. Letztlich gehen wir von einer sog. Inklusionszyste aus. Differentialdiagnosen werden diskutiert.
