The questionnaire survey was conducted within the project, the group of respondents consisted of 2,479 general nurses working in Czech acute care facilities. Most respondents are satisfied with the performance of their profession. For the satisfaction it is important for the respondents to cooperate primarily with the nurses, but also with other staff, setting up the adaptation process in terms of length, the person of the trainer and specific processes. Respondents are the least satisfied with the setting and adherence to competencies.
