TRANSPARENT VOTING SYSTEM THAT USES CRYPTOGRAPHY TO PROOF ELECTORAL FRAUD
Original language description
Voting systems that are currently being used have a serious flaw. It does not give voters a guarantee, that their vote was counted in a correct way. Party who wishes to fraud an election results can do so easily if it has control over the counting process. Though illegal, such tampering is very tempting as it is gaining easy access to political power. This paper suggests concept of such transparent voting system that enables public control of election results. In the solution described, any voter can verify whether his vote was counted in a right way. Even more, whenever tampering occurs, voters have legally binding evidence of electoral fraud.
