    This article describes measuring and analyses of acoustic parameters of rail and tram wheels in exterior or interior conditions. Theoretical study of this problem, the created procedure of measurement and analysis, and demonstrating of real experimentalmeasurement of acoustic-vibration parameters different from various types of tram and rail wheels are illustrated in the article.Some new modern methods of time, frequency and time-frequency analyses are applied in terms of measurement and analysis methodology.
