The paper is focused on damage identification of reinforced concrete continuous beam with two spans. Starting point is dynamic experiment whereon changes of modal properties for various levels of damage are investigated. The experiment was performed at University of Natural Resources and Applied Live Science (BOKU), Vienna, Austria. The identification method based on artificial neural networks in combination with stratified Monte Carlo type simulation is used.
