Capillary conductivity of moisture in flat
Original language description
The roof is the most sensitive part of the building, mainly from the viewpoint of thermal indicators. If water vapor condenses in a flat roof, liquid moisture emerges in that part of the construction. As this is a non-stationary process, such moisture emerges irregularly over time. As a consequence of this, a moisture gradient originates. If there is a liquid moisture gradient in a porous material, it is an indicator of liquid moisture moving through capillaries. This phenomenon is called capillary conductivity of moisture.
