Polymer-modified cement composites composition with increased resistance to elevated temperatures
Original language description
This paper deals with the partial results of research aimed at increasing resistance to cement composites exposed to high temperatures caused by fire. Intention is optimization of the cement composites composition using alternative materials. These cement composites are primarily intended for the rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures. The basic characteristics of the specimens exposed in laboratory environments characterized by extremely elevated temperatures simulating fire exposure in the real structure were tested.
