Use to a numerical model to simulate the evacuation of railcar
Original language description
The paper deals with the assessment of the construction of the Prague metro D in terms of evacuation, specifically the assessment of tunnel sections of the newly built route Náměstí míru – Depo Písnice. Given the difficult conditions of evacuation in tunnel, the subway train priority is always to get to the train station. Since it can´t be guaranteed the train will be able to reach the station in case of emergency, it is necessary to apply the requirements to ensure safe evacuation in tunnel sections. It is very important to realize these issues during the design phase of the subway, mainly in connection with the planned use of automated unmanned trains. Today, we meet various methods of assessing the evacuation of people, in addition to traditional normative approaches, we encounter on advanced methods of fire engineering, such as numerical models of evacuation. The study contains four scenarios, four models of the population, 10 simulations with statistical parameters sweep and a total of 160 separate simulations subway train and its surroundings
