    Experience using the Z-meter to measure soil moisture

  • Original language description

    The article describes the experince for using the Z-meter for measuring soil moisture. Usage is based on calibration curves. Calibration curves were obtained by comparison with a TDR probe. After calibration, the TDR probe (Time Domain Reflectometr) can be used to measure moisture ratios in the soil profile. All measurements were perfomed in pedoprofiles in East Slovakian Lowland, locality Senné during growing season.
