ANALYSIS OF DYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF THE BALANCER SHAFT OF THE DIESEL ENGINE. The contribution deals with the computational and experimental modelling of dynamic behavior of balancer shaft of Diesel engine. Computational modelling and experiment was used tothe determining of neutral axis position. Computational model of shaft was created using the full 3D model. The mass, damping and stiffness matrices of rotor dynamic system are time dependent. The solution was assumed as Fourier series and using this wasscalculated the Campbell diagram.
