Přenos tepla při odlévání do skořepinových forem

  • Original language description

Temperature distributions in investment castings and shells within solidification are of great influence on the quality of investment castings. Problematic of a heat flux in the investment casting is specific against the other casting technologies as thethickness and volume of the shell is much lower then that of other types of molds. Accumulation of the heat in the shell is much lower so most of the heat is radiated to environment. Possibilities of the simulation are influenced by a heftiness of boundary conditions and accessibility of correct thermo-physical data. Objective of this article is to outline problematic of heat flux in metal-mold-environment system.
