Size effect in computational simulations of experiments with composite materials
Original language description
This paper deals with computational simulations of composite materials with hyperelastic matrix and steel fibres. The computational simulations were realized at various levels of computational models. For simulations unimaterial and bimaterial models were used and results of simulations using both models were compared. Next, using of the unimaterial model which is completed about bending stiffness of fibres was discused. This additional condition leads to Cosserat theory of elasticity instead of classical one.
