Comparison of associated and non-associated plasticity models for aluminium alloys
Original language description
A great deal of products are made from steel sheets, which often exhibit anisotropic behaviour. It is necessary to capture this phenomenon in the design stage to obtain reliable predictions and effective manufacturing. Two different models are compared for two aluminium alloys, 6022-T4 and 2090-T3. The role of associativity and non-associativity is studied with respect to the predictability of yield stresses and r-values.
