On the mathematical model of a signal and its uncertainty
Original language description
Models and modelling- seems to be the only way to describe the real world. We can hardly have the real world in our heads or in other memory media. It is only possible to have the mirroring of reality, only its model there. It is our natural effort to describe and to model the real world in the most accurate and most credible way. But our observations are accompanied by a finite dinstinguishability of our organs or our measurement apparatuses. Although nobody doubts the finality of this ability, its role in contemporary mathematical models is underestimated. The paper is devoted to the role of the uncertainty in the mathematical model of a signal.
