New electronically tunable high-order highpass filters using OTAs and BOTAs
Original language description
A new method for the realization of a high-order admittance function that can be used for the synthesis of non-cascade active frequency filters is introduced. Operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) and balanced operational transconductance amplifiers (BOTA) are used as active elements. New electronically controlled high-order highpass filters are presented. As an example, a fourth-order Butterworth highpass filter is designed, simulated ( using PSPICE ) and measured.
