Realization of Nth-order electronically tunable highpass filter employing only N OTAs
Original language description
A new method for the realization of an electronically tunable high-order admittance function that can be used for the synthesis of non-cascade active frequency filters is introduced. Operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) are employed as active elements. Electronically controlled high-order highpass filters are presented. As an example, two types of fourth-order Butterworth highpass filters are designed, simulated (using PSPICE) and measured.
