Model of Two Virtual Networks with shared Server
Original language description
Model of Two Virtual Networks with shared Server The paper deals with the model of two virtual networks with shared server. The ATM server is simultaneously a member of the two virtual (also emulated) networks and operates successively under different network operation systems, whose behaviour is the subject of this analysis. Using the analyser and other available software tools the behaviour of MS Windows NT and Novell NetWare network operation systems is followed in the LANE environment. Since the LANE emulation only offers a transmission environment similar to classical environments of the type of best effort, the subject of analysis is the network loading obtained.
