Sliding Detection System for Electroseparation Methods
Original language description
The paper provides information about the on-line monitoring of components presented in chemical samples analyzed by electro-separation. The principles of the three important electro-separation methods are here mentioned: a capillary zone electrophoresis,a capillary zone isotachophoresis and a capillary isoelectric focusing. The short description of an electroosmotic flow and physical properties of migrating zones are mentioned. In conclusion, a description of the developed sliding detection system, whiich helps to improve the in-time preparative process and reduce time of the analysis, is given.
