    SnO2 layers are used in the technology of electrochromics, where they serve as conductive materials. Electrochemical characteristics of SnO2 layers prepared from SnCl2 and SnCl4 were studied. Prepared materials were doped by Sb and F ions. Comparison ofelectrochemical properties of industrially produced layers and layers prepared by two different method was done.

    SnO2 vrstvy jsou využívány v technologii elektrochromismu, kde slouží jako vodivé materiály. Byly studovány elektrochemické vlastnosti SnO2 vrstev připravených pomocí SnCl2 a SnCl4. Materiály byly dopovány ionty Sb a F. Bylo provedeno srovnání elektrochemických vlastností průmyslově připravených vrstev a vrstev připravených dvěma odlišnými metodami.
