Original language description
The tin oxide thin films doped with the fluorine and the antimony were prepared by a spray pyrolysis method from SnCl2 precursor. The fluorine (FTO) and antimony (ATO) dopant ratio were varied and the lowest resistivity was founded for the both type of dopants. The films have moderate an optical transmission. The vanadium oxide films were dip-coated on the FTO (0,7 wt. %) layers. The coating solution was prepared by dissolving a V2O5 powder in a H2O2 solution. The 0,5M LiClO4/PC gel electrolyte was usedd as a ion conductor layer. The vanadium oxide films showed a reversible multichromism (yellow green blue) upon Li+ ion insertion/extraction.

Czech description
Byly připraveny vrstvy oxidu cínu s dotací fluorem a antimonem sprejovým nanášením. Byla zjištěna závislost koncentrace dotantu na elektrickou vodivost vrstvy a nalezena nejvyšší hodnota. Na tuto vodivou vrstvu byla nanesena vrstva oxidu vanadu a byl sestaven kompletní elektrochromní prvek.
