The tin oxide thin films doped with the fluorine and the antimony were prepared by a spray pyrolysis method from SnCl2 precursor. The respective deposition temperature was 420°C. The fluorine and antimony dopant ratio were varied and the lowest resistivity was founded for the both type of dopants. The films have moderate an optical transmission. The vanadium oxide films were dip-coated on the FTO (0,7 wt. %) layers. The coating solution was prepared by dissolving a V2O5 powder in a H2O2 solution. The coovered FTO layers were annealed at 150°C for 1 hour. The 0,5M LiClO4/PC gel electrolyte was used as a ion conductor layer. The vanadium oxide films showed a reversible multichromism (yellow green blue) upon Li+ ion insertion/extraction. The transmittancemodulation range can be varied by adjusting the film thickness. The vanadium oxide films with a proper thickness could be used in a realization of multicolored electrochromic devices.

Czech description
Fluorem a antimonem dopované SnO2 vrstvy byly připraveny pyrolytickou metodou. Poměr množství dopantu a cínu byl měněn a tak byla nalezena nejnižší hodnota rezistivity. V2O5 filmy byly připraveny metodou dip-coating na FTO skle. Ty vykázaly reverzibilnímultichromismus, kdy se zbarvují ze žluta přes zelenou do modra. Rozsah spektrální propustnosti může být ovlivňován tloušťkou vrstvy.
