Original language description
The contribution presents a concept of a novel metric for MPEG-4 AVC / H.264 video no-reference quality evaluation. The metric should operate on the encoded bitstream only, bringing the great benefit of reducing computational complexity as no pixel decoding is necessary. We are only relying on the information directly present in the bitstream. One part of the system is analyzed and its outputs are given.

Příspěvek uvádí koncept nové metriky pro hodnocení kvality videa kódovaného algoritmem MPEG-4 AVC / H.264. Metrika bude pracovat pouze na kódovaných datech. Protože nebude nutné dekódovat obrazové body, výpočetní náročnost se značně sníží. V článku je analyzována jedna část systému a jsou uvedeny její výstupy.
