The article deals with a study of diodes exhibiting two-level current impulse noise and its influence on the temperature inside the PN junction. The diodes show an unstable behaviour only in the certain range of reverse voltage, the voltage range dependson the junction defect region properties.

Czech description
Článek pojednává o proudovém impulzním šumu na vysokonapěťových usměrňovacích diodách a jeho závislostina teplotě v PN přechodu. Diody ukazují nestabilní chování jen v určitém rozpětí závěrného napětí. Toto závěrné napětí závisí na vlastnostech defektu vPN přechodu.
