    Automatic Digital Modulation Recognition Algorithm Based on Spectrogram Analysis

    In this paper a new method of symbol length detection and a technique of modulation classification are proposed. The methods are applied to signals with FSK, BPSK, MSK, QAM and QPSK modulations. The cepstrum analysis is used for the symbol length detection and the classification method is based on spectrogram analysis. Symbol length detection method was tested using modulated signals corrupted by white Gaussian noise and reliability of this method was analyzed in dependence on signal length.

    Tento članek popisuje metodu klasifikace digitálních modulací a metodu detekce délky symbolu modulovaného signálu. Pro detekci délky simbolu byla použitá kepstralní analýza. Metoda rozpoznávání digitálních modulací je založená na analýze spektrogramů signálů.
