Current-Mode KHN Equivalent Frequency Filter Using ECCIIs
Original language description
In this paper we present a current-mode electronically tunable multifunction frequency filter that behavior is equivalent to the well known KHN filter. The proposed structure has one low-impedance input with zero potential and three highimpedance outputswith low-, band- and high-pass responses. The mutually independent control of the quality factor Q and natural frequency w0 is made by electronically tunable current conveyors ECCII. The behavior of the structure has been verified by Spice simulations and, furthermore, by experimental measurements, where AC and transient analyses have been performed.
