Original language description
Linear systems of neutral type differential equations with constant coefficients and a constant delay are considered. We find an estimate of the norm of a solution ofthis problem. We use Lyapunov-Krasovskii quadratic type functionals, where dependent onthe coordinates and their derivatives. This functional includes an exponential factor, which makes it possible, in the case of instability, to get an estimate of the "divergence" of solutions.
