This project deals with complex measuring system of temperature, flow and pressure. Measuring of physical quantities related to biological experiment with rabbit's heart. Temperatures of saline are measured in two places (above and under the heart). There is also recorded flow of the saline and pressure in the left ventricle. Whole system is based on AVR microcontroller and Lab- VIEW environment.
