Original language description
The new edition of IEC 61000-4-15 Ed.2 prescribes range of tests to be carried out to verify flickermeter com- pliance. There are seven tests, some of them are taken from the original standard edition and the others are completely new. The set of specified tests is dedicated to indirectly eliminate differences between flickermeters design leading to various results in real world flicker severity index meas- urements. For this purpose a test stand implementing all the tests for flickermeters was developed and realized and measurements on a set of flickermeters have been per- formed.
