Verification of Flickermeters under new edition of IEC 61000-4-15
Original language description
The new edition of IEC 61000-4-15 Ed.2 prescribes range of tests to be carried out to verify flickermeter compliance. There are eight tests, some are taken from the original edition and the others are completely new. However, the standard test protocol is different, than the test protocol, published by the CCU2 Working Group. There is doubt whether the test protocol under the new standard is sufficient. Both test protocols were therefore included in the test system to the fullest extent of verification. This paper aims to make the comparison of test protocols for different types of devices.
