Vibration simulation of electric machines
Original language description
This chapter deals with the basics of vibration calculations in electrical machines. It includes a brief introduction to the sources of vibration in electrical machines. In addition, the construction of electric machines is briefly summarized. There is also describes the influence of individual parts of electric machines on vibration generation. The following part of the chapter deals with important steps that need to be taken when vibration signal waveform calculation using finite element method (Ansys). The individual parts summarize the most important requirements for setting the vibration calculation and it deals to minimizing the calculation errors.
