Uncertainty analysis of spectroradiometric systems
Original language description
This article describes approach of uncertainty analysis of spectroradiometric systems. There are many types of spectroradiometers and their utilising. Uncertainty is composed not only from measuring devices errors, but also from many other system parameters. Thus is it necessary to evaluate the whole measuring system in terms of uncertainty of measurement. In the first part there are mathematical basics of uncertainty theory. In the second part there is description of different types of spectroradiometers and their uncertainty evaluation and recommendations. The last part focuses on practical evaluation of some spectroradiometric systems.
