    In this paper the main problems of spectrum peaks belonging to tones played in harmony estimation is discussed. At the beginning the main parameters of tones, problems concerning higher tones harmonics, frequency and time resolution are treated of. Thenthe method is discussed of Two Moving Thresholds for spectrum peaks estimation and consecutive tone determination.
