    This article deals with implementation of Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) to non-linear control area. The first part presents artificial neural network used in GPC. The multi-layer perceptrons indeed possess an excellent ability in many cases. In the article, the structure is applied for modeling of a controlled system. There is a short description of a pant with water pump as the system to identify and to control with the GPC algorithm. All simulation are implemented in Matlab.
