In the paper, our research activities are described briefly. In the beginning, two different methodologies for the identification of registers to be included into the partial scan chain and principles of their implementation are described. One of them isbased on the utilisation of genetic algorithms, the other one on the identification of feedback loops. Later, graphic tool for parallel <i>i-paths</i> analysis is presented. The visual representation described in the paper allows to develop a new methoddology of a test controller. Benchmarks circuits are needed for verification above mentioned methodologies. At the end of this paper, it is demonstrated how evolutionary techniques can be used for the process of generating benchmark circuits.

Přehled výzkumných aktivit v oblasti diagnostiky číslicových obvodů a testovacích obvodů

V příspěvku jsou krátce prezentovány výsledky našich dosavadních výzkumných aktivit. Nejprve jsou představeny dvě metody výběru registrů do řetězce částečný scan a principy jejich implementace. Jedna z těchto metodik je založena na využití genetických algoritmů,&nbsp;druhá na identifikaci zpětnovazebních smyček.&nbsp;V práci je dále prezentován grafický nástroj pro paralelní analýzu <i>i-cest</i>. Grafická reprezentace popsaná v příspěvku umožňuje&nbsp;vytvořit novou metodiku&nbsp;návrhu řadiče testu.&nnbsp;Závěrečná část&nbsp;příspěvku je věnována testovacím obvodům. Je v ní prezentována metodika vytváření testovacích obvodů&nbsp;založená na využití evolučních technik.
