Original language description

Utilization of dried stevia leaves to sea sweetening is investigated in the paper. The optimal addition of dry stevia leaves was determind by using sensory analysis. Tea extracts containing the statistically optimal amounts of stevia leaves have been analysed by HPLC for the concentration of stevioside extracted from the stevia leaves.

Czech description

V práci je prezentována metoda stanovení rostlinného náhradního sladidla steviosidu v čajových extraktech. Senzorickou analýzou bylo testováno množství sušených listů stévie cukerné, jež obsahuje sladidlo steviosid, které je potřeba přidat do různých druhů čajů, aby bylo dosaženo optimální sladké chuti daného čaje.
