Separation of Humic Acids on Micro-membrane
Original language description
Separation of humic acids on micro-membrane GR 61 PP is studied in this contribution. To find optimal separation conditions set of humic acid solutions in NaOH was prepared. Finally 15 different solutions were prepared. These solutions were filtrated through membrane under various pressures (1-5 kPa). Obtained fractions were measured on UV/VIS spectrometer. Humic acid concentration in individual fractions was computed by means of calibration curve determined in advance. On the basis of obtained resultsthe optimal separation conditions were chosen to achieve high separation efficiency and humic acid fractions of reproducible properties.
