    In our study following monomers were ecotoxicaly tested: 1,1,2-trichlorethylen, 1,1,2,2-tetrachlorethylen, and additives of polymers: 2-Br-5-Cl-pyridine, 2-Br-5-Cl-pyridine-N-oxid and sodium salt of 2-merkapto-5-Cl-pyridine-N-oxide. For the purpose of evaluation of the ecotoxicity of above mentioned chemicals two alternative toxicity tests, Thamnotoxkit FTM on sense organisms Thamnocephalus platyurus and Daphnotoxkit FTM on sense organisms Daphnia magna were used. Also two phytotests were employed: Sinapis alba root growth inhibition toxicity test and Allium cepa L root growth inhibition toxicity test. Test on Sinapis alba represents standard test. The values of 24hLC50 and 48hLC50 obtained for Thamnocephalus platyurus and Daphnia magna testing organisms and 72hIC50 values gained for Sinapis alba and Allium cepa testing plants are the basic data for the ecotoxicological assessment of the chemicals and for their classification following the Czech legislation.     V této studii byly ekotoxikologicky testovány následující chemikálie: 1,1,2-trichlorethylen, 1,1,2,2-tetrachlorethylen a aditiva polymerů: 2-Br-5-Cl-pyridin, 2-Br-5-Cl-pyridin-N-oxid a sodná sůl of 2-merkapto-5-Cl-pyridine-N-oxid. Pro účely ekotoxikologického hodnocení výše zmíněných chemikálií byly použity alternativní testy ecotoxicity; Thamnotoxkit FTM s využitím organismu Thamnocephalus platyurus a Daphnotoxkit FTM s organismem Daphnia magna. Dále byly využity testy fytotoxicity, a to test inhibicerůstu kořene Sinapis alba. Test na Sinapis alba representuje standardní test. Hodnoty 24hLC50 a 48hLC50 vypočtené pro Thamnocephalus platyurus a Daphnia magna a hodnoty 72hIC50 získané pro Sinapis alba a Allium cepa jsou základní data sloužící pro ekotoxikologické hodnocení chemikálií a jejich klasifikaci vyžadovanou českou legislativou.
