Determination of surfactants included in sewage water

Original language description

The main object of thid study was to determine surfactants in sewage water using two methods: methods of mobile analytics and arbitration methods. Measuring of surfactants were done on the inflow and outflow of sewage waters on the premises of the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University at Brno. Surfactants determination used spectrophotomtric determination of colorful compound in both methods.

Czech description

Cílem této studie bylo stanovení tenzidů v odpadních vodách s využitím metod mobilní analytiky a rozhodčí metody. Stanovení tenzidů probíhalo v odpadních vodách odebíraných na přítoku a odtoku čistírny odpadních vod v areálu VFU Brno. Obě metody stanovení tenzidů jsou založeny na spektrofotometrickém stanovení.
