    Effect of Vineyard Agriculture on Wine Yeasts Population

    In this study, we analyzed yeasts composition of two kind of wine production - integrated and ecological. From wide variety of wines, white wine Sauvignon was chosen. Yeasts were isolated from leaves, berries and finally from must during fermentation process. Pure yeasts cultures were identified by using PCR-RFLP method.
