Original language description
This contribution deals with a study on the dielectric properties of Zn-phthalocyanine/PCBM layers prepared by direct inkjet patterning onto ITO-glass supports. The properties of layers have been investigated by HP 4192A impedance analyzer. Determinationof frequency dependences and calculation of physical parameters of measured samples using impedance spectroscopy are discussed.
