SOLID ? PHASE DNA EXTRACTION USING VARIOUS TYPES OF MAGNETIC MICROPARTICLES

  • Original language description

The aim of this work was to evaluate two different types of magnetic particles with ? NH2 groups for solid ? phase DNA isolation. First type of magnetic microparticles were P(HEMA-GMA)-NH2 microspheres; second type were poly (L-lysine) (PLL) modified iron oxide nanoparticles (F79/L3-PLL). Quality of extracted DNA was checked spectrophotometrically and by PCR.
