Preparation and characterization of combined nanostructured materials
Original language description
This work is focused on preparation and characterization of novel combined materials consisting of PHB-liposomes particles and PHB nanofibers. Protentional wound dressings were functionalized by ampicillin. Structure of the combined nanofiber-nanoparticle mat was observed and prepared materials were also characterized for gradual release of substance into model environment, antimicrobial activity and possible cytotoxicity effect on human cells.
