Question about the importance of ISO certification for the competitiveness of the company can be answered in many ways. There should be some relation among certification and level of management and competitiveness of company. This question can be discussed even on the macroeconomic level and than there should be some relations between popularity of certification in individual country and its competitiveness. Some relation, of course, exists but not as strong to answer all questions. Therefore, we have to ask again. What can be real contribution for the competitiveness of company and how it influences level of management?
