Competitive markets guarantee the business development, innovations and increasing the value for the customers, because it is the most powerful reason causing this improvement. When a market stops to be competitive, the business satisfaction from generated profit can, in a short term point of view, grow but in most cases the customers' satisfaction is decreasing quickly. There are many possible structures, which seem to be not too competitive, and treatments for competitive markets as mergers, cartels,tacit collusions etc. Not only is the definition of competitive market and draft of the term competitive health the aim of this paper. Because most of the competitive health's "viruses" comes from the concentration of the market, the author recommends using Herfindahl Index (HHI) to measure the market concentration causing the birth of monopolies, duopolies, oligopolies, cartels etc. which due to decrement of the competitiveness on such a market.
