New software implementation projects face several project steps which must be filled to succeed. One of the most important phases is business analysis which is focused on collection and analysis of requirements to future system. There are various techniques used to collect all requirements manual as well as automatic. If activities have been automated in the process, the business process mining technique can be used. It is going on the special approach of business process analysis which can be used notonly for the purpose of business analysis. This article focuses on data mining techniques and their usability for business processes in the aspect of business process requirements collection. It can be important mainly for telecommunication business because of high automation and mass operation of customers and their services.
