Original language description
The following paper focuses on the construction market in the Czech Republic, which is a very specific place for business. Companies which are taking part in this market are exposed to a large number of risks and these risks must be properly and timely identified. The paper focuses on the risk of fluctuations in the number of public procurements and the factors that may influence this variation, or other factors that cause this variation. There are used statistical methods for the analysis of time series. The result is a set of factors influencing fluctuations in public contracts and the possible consequences for companies that deal with these contracts.
