The main objective of this paper is to describe the most important critical success factors of Google on the basis of an analysis. The analyzed company belongs to the IT sector, and it can be stated that it is one of the key companies in the business. A part of the objective is to develop a management theory related to this issue, and define the basic concepts. The methods applied include analysis and synthesis, and induction and deduction, which are used for the evaluation of the examined phenomena and conclusion drawing based on their similarity with the results obtained in other scientific papers. Company's strategic decision-making largely affects its market position. Long-term goals always stem from a thorough analysis of the business environment. So that the company could make effective use of its competitive advantages, it must take into consideration the critical factors that ensure its success. The scientific aim of this paper is to demonstrate that the critical success factors are tightly linked to an effective business strategy. The key factor in the success of Google is information: the right information at the right time and in the right place. The success of the Company in the market is due to the adherence to the company's defined philosophy. The very success of the company management is based on 10 things they know to be true.
